Annual Parish Meeting

Each year, at our Annual Parish Meeting, we gather and thank God for the prior year and peer forward to the ways God’s love will strengthen our life together and our love for the Southside. At Saint Andrew’s, our Annual Parish Meeting has a distinctive two-part format:
Our First Session: October 26
12:15 pm, Trinity Commons Student Center
During this first session, we'll elect the incoming class of new vestry members, as well as the parish delegates for the 195th Diocese of Alabama Convention in February 2026. Information about our vestry and delegate nominees will be shared as soon as possible.
Our Second Session: Date TBD
We'll convene the second session of our Annual Parish Meeting on the Sunday after Diocesan Convention. In this session, we'll hear reports from the rector, organist and choirmaster, wardens, treasurer, and other ministry leaders. We will also review and approve the proposed 2026 budget for the upcoming year. More details will be shared once a date is finalized.
