Help Us Care for the Grounds

As part of our efforts to steward the church’s operating budget wisely, we’ve made the necessary decision to cancel our professional landscape maintenance contract and take on the care of our grounds ourselves—for the time being. 

We invite you to consider helping in one of two important ways:

First, we’re forming a rotating team of parishioners to help with lawn care and basic upkeep. If you enjoy working outdoors or simply want to pitch in with others, we’d love to have you join us. 

Second, we are in need of donated or lent landscaping equipment—especially lawnmowers (riding or self-propelled) and lawn edgers—to support this effort.

We plan to hold monthly workdays, and the more hands we have, the lighter the load will be for all!
